Related industry background Healthcare ( Mass production ) operations
Healthcare with High Automation operations
Strong Validation Understand Concept of Validation, Draft Protocol and execute for Molding process
Ability to draft & execute Validation Protocol for Automation Assembly Process.
Experience in Quality System Good Understanding / relations of Overall Quality System.
Experience in Molding process Min 5 years in Molding related operations with full understanding.
PFMEA process flow Ability to draft and support PFMEA for related Process.
Understand of Statistical Principle, MSA and Calibration such as P-value of Cpk study, number of distinct cataloger of GR&R
Understand of DOE concept Approach to DOE in Molding process ( Automation Process preferred)
Understand DMR and DHR,
Knowledge of Geometric dimensioning and Tolerancing with hand-on measurement experience, as well as measurement fixture built.
Knowledge of FDA, SFDA
on-site Audit experience for ISO13485
English communication
