Job Description
·Develop and maintain consistent operating processes accordance with guidelines
·Monitor and ensure ERPM Technology plans delivered in accordance with the business strategy
·Collect, analyze data and generate related reports (number of customers, profitability, etc.)
·Identify and deliver continuous improvements to the quality, delivery and support of the internal operating model
·Proactively review the processes and technologies used to deliver the services
·Create reports, metrics and dashboards as required
·Prepare financial analysis and forecasts for the use of business decisions
·Ensure effective support processes are in place, departmental strategies are upheld and objectives are being met, recommending actions as required to remain on track.
·Ensure operations of the department are in compliance with all regulatory and financial corporate governance requirements policies, procedures, reporting requirements, performance metrics and internal controls.
Skills and Knowledge
· A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required for this position
· Above five years' experience in Finance and/or Accounting
· Strong analytical and financial analysis skills
· Advanced skill level with Excel, as well as other Microsoft Office Suite programs is required
· Advanced knowledge of financial concepts and principles (cash flow, balance sheet, cost of capital, depreciation, tax reporting, etc.)
· Other required capabilities include proven written and oral communications ability, customer service focus, leadership, and excellent organizational skills
· Native English or extensive experience in MNC English Environment
This position require that candidate can be able to on board in Jan,report to GM directly,large potential career development in financial field.
