职位描述
The Project Manager will work with various organizations within the company to deliver IT Infrastructure projects that have significant business impact. Candidates for this position are expected to have experience of managing large IT Infrastructure projects $250,000-$1 million - total project spend. This role demands someone who can partner effectively with all levels of the organization. The Project Manager must drive results, proactively identify and resolve problems. This role is expected to keep up with project management technology, trends and best practices. The Project Manager has the authority to run the project on a day-to-day basis on behalf of the project sponsor, with the constraints laid down by the sponsor. The Project Manager is accountable for the project results, and is effective at providing appropriate project team leadership, organization and integration to deliver projects that meet the stated project objectives and success criteria. The Project Manager has the primary responsibility to ensure that the project produces the required deliverables, to the required standard of quality and within the specified constraints of time and costs. The Project Manager is also responsible for the project producing a result that is capable of achieving the benefits and value defined in the Business Case.
Responsibilities:
1.Leadership of project team, identifying and implementing best practices
2.Facilitate periodic project reviews, provide mentorship, coaching and development for team members
3.Define project objective and scope
4.Planning the course of action required to meet the project intent
5.Responsible for the Project Management Plan, which includes business case, work plan, schedule, budget, resource plan, communication plan, change plan and risk plan
6.Integrates staff and other resources to carry out the project management plan
7.Successfully manage and monitor progress to ensure project objectives are delivered on time, within budget and lead to the business results.
8.Be the final point of approval for contingency plans and scope changes
9.Measuring and monitoring project progress to identify variances from the plan and make any necessary corrections regularly.
10.Contain and resolve issues within the program that do not require sponsor attention
11.Accountable for the delivery of the project and keeping the project sponsors and stakeholders aware of the status of the project
12.Ensure successful closure and completion of all aspects of the project
13.Work with business to ensure the product is successfully implemented and that the promised benefits and values are being captured
Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree in engineering, business or computer science
2.5+ years experience in Project Management
3.Organizational Change Management experience
4.Negotiation, facilitation, stakeholder management experience
5.Familiar with Cost/Quality/Schedule controls sectors
6.Proficient English written and verbal communication skills
7.Strategic thinking, problem solving, detail oriented individual
8.Relationship building at all levels and cross-function/platform cooperation
9.PMI/PMP certification as a plus
