职位描述
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for online CV screening and online pool maintain
- Coordinate interview arrangement and assist communications with interviewers
- Ensure all recruitment request received align with recruitment process and policy
- Assist with positions interview and initial phone interview
- Keep candidates with updated interview feedbacks
- Update interview information in HR system and keep good tack with on-going positions
- Regular update the recruitment reports and line manager with searching status
- Conduct reference-check, offer delivery, pre-on boarding arrangement
- Assist with internal communication, prepare announcement for new-hires/promotions
- Assist with contract preparation with new hires and resume
- Follow exit process, check remaining annual leave, update information in system
- Complete other ad hoc assignments by Corporate HR Development Manager.
Qualifications:
- Relevant Bachelor degree or above
- 2~4 years of relevant HR working experience
- Experience in recruitment is a plus
- Detail-oriented, diligent, patient, and good interpersonal communication
- Smart and initiative with pleasant personality
- Ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks, and can work efficiently.
- Good communication skill, and execution skill
- Be result-driven, and good team player
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
