职位描述
Troubleshoot and resolve complex cases from AdExchange Buy Side (AdX).
- Configure Trading location, QPS settings for new RTB Buyers
- Monitoring Static and RTB Campaigns
- Analysing Pre-targeting settings and Remarketing lists
- Creative and LP Quality checks
- Understanding and communicating the most common policy disapproval reasons
- Processing Performance Reports
- Provide guidance and consultative technical expertise to from line General Support.
- Provide two-way communication and collaboration on monthly product release cycles and customer-centric
product development.
- Serve as point of contact for projects led by our escalation management team to improve client experience
and internal operational effectiveness (user acceptance testing, prioritization process liaison, emergency
paging process, new feature release launches)
○ Technical Skills: Strong communication skills. Experience working in a client-facing technical service
environment supporting web-based products. In lieu of experience with web-based products. Strong
collaboration, organization, multi-tasking and the ability to work well in teams. Demonstrated
creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
Required:
● Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript and SQL
● Bachelor’s degree required: B Tech, BCA, BSc comp, BSc IT, or equivalent practical experience
Preferred:
● Data analytics skills, working knowledge of online marketing KPIs.
○ Languages: English
○ Customer facing: Minimum 2 years experience working in a client-facing technical service environment, preferably supporting web-based products.
