Key Responsibilities:

• Define the USPs of each school within a Nord Anglia Education brand context
• Drive consistency and quality of positioning and visual identity in collateral
• Landing NAE brand and campaign materials in schools
• Drive awareness of our brand through great content
• With the Regional DAM, develop the annual marketing plans for the China Bilingual region and for the schools
• Work with the Regional DAM on any other Marketing, Admissions and Communications related activities as required, including leading the marketing and communications integration for any newly-acquired schools.

Qualifications/Experience/Knowledge/Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree or above
• 10+ years working in a marketing team/environment (agency or client side)
• Good cross-cultural, interpersonal & communication skills to interact with diverse nationalities and cultures
• Experience of having worked within a service delivery sector, education sector experience a bonus
• Experience working at scale across multiple-markets
• Experience of brand equity development
• Experience of campaign development including creative materials
• Strong analytical skills and evaluation of ROI, KPI
• Good copywriting skills with excellent written English
• Experience in monitoring competitor market activity
• Excellent time management skills and flexibility in dealing with multi-functional tasks
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing and measurement
• Strong aesthetic eye in evaluating collateral – both in terms of design and in terms of driving effective behavior change
