Job Description:
Responsibilities
1. To act as front line support to customers and distributors in training and product implementation.
2. To be involved in implementing antenna system architecture to optimize the radiation performance for short range devices, work closely with other RF design engineers, mechanical and industrial designers, and EMC engineers to integrate the antenna design in our products.
3. To facilitate PCB schematic, layout, modification and prototype construction of Customer projects as required to ensure optimal performance.
4. To validate RF transceiver performance by working closely with RFIC design engineers.

BSEE required, MSEE preferred.
1. Must have great EE fundamentals, especially EM related.
2. Good communication and interpersonal skills and capable of independent work with guidance.
3. In-depth understanding in wireless communication systems and hardware design.
4. Familiar with board/chip design/debug, proficient in circuit simulator (spice) and board layout (Allegro).
5. Familiar with ADS and HFSS.
6. Familiar with instruments such as spectrum analyzer, signal generator and vector network analyzer.
7. Good at c/c++ and Unix/Linux environments to program/setup/run automated tests.
8. Product experience in performance testing and characterization procedure is a plus.
9. RF IC design and/or knowledge is a plus
