职位描述

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Plan, lead, direct and monitor the activities of a sales team within a specified area to achieve established sales.

2. Manage the day-to-day activities of area sales force in order to implement the organization’s overall sales strategy for assigned area; engage in area key account C-level relationship building and Big projects biding etc.

3. Contribute to the development of sales, marketing, customer retention & acquisition, advertising, pricing and distribution strategies for the assigned area;

4. Oversee sales support activities such as order processing, customer service, distribution, invoicing and credit and collections to ensure that customers are processed, dispatched, invoiced and paid accurately and on time. Continuously improve sales procedure and standard work.

5. Coach Sales Engineers on the technical aspects of the organization’s products and services; on marketing campaigns and sales promotions; and on sales techniques, procedures, and standards that will help SEs achieve their sales targets.

Conduct sales team to apply sales management digitalization effectively under leadership of HQ digital transformation incl. CRM system upgrading, Digital tools application for sales management etc.

Sales Tools employment and deployment

Proficient in CRM tools (SFDC or SAP etc.) , sales pipeline and funnel management, forecasting report.

Making Sales Operation Decision:

Making the day-to-day decisions required to manage the sales function, including deploying resources, allocating costs, and directing sales activities; securing and comparing information from multiple sources to identify key issues; committing to an action after weighing alternative solutions against important decision criteria.

Navigating Complexity

Proactively and quickly making sense of complex issues; responding effectively to complex and ambiguous situations; communicating complicated information simply.


Qualifications and Experience:

1. Bachelor degree, major in Mechatronics/engineering

2. >8 years of sales working experience in B2B industry, >=3 years team/people management experience. Systematic sales management experience will be a plus.

3. Skillful on MS Office: PPT, Excel etc. proficient in CRM tools is a must.

4. Good English skill in oral and written

5. Aggressive & independent, Can-do attitude and willing to accept challenge

6. High-impact communication skill with internal colleague and external customer/partners.

Self-motivated & flexible to travel
