岗位职责：

1.按照工作程序与标准，做好酒吧的卫生工作和开吧前的各项工作准备。

2.熟悉酒吧内所有酒水名称，价格，懂得酒水的储存方法。

3.按正确程序和方法为客人提供各种酒水服务。

4.按正确配方负责酒水调制工作，以确保酒水质量。

5.负责酒吧日用品和设备的清洁、保养。

6.按要求和标准为客人提供高效优质的酒水服务。

7.与楼面服务员保持良好的合作关系，懂得饮食卫生知识，严格按照食品卫生要求去做。

8.完成酒吧领导布置的其他任务。

任职条件：

1.男女不限,18-35岁，一年以上同岗位工作经验。

2.品行端正、形象良好、身体健康,注重个人卫生；性格开朗,态度亲和。

4.有西餐厅、咖啡厅、酒吧等实习或工作经验者优先考虑。
