As part of our continued growth, we seek Product Engineer Intern to work as Product Engineering for high volume IC manufacturing and data analysis. Develop Spotfire template, R language background is preferred.

The Role

Working in AMSBG Team based in Tianjin, China you will:

• Ensure manufacturability of product in development phase
• Take engineering product ownership in production phase
• Define and drive products manufacturability, testability and production ramp-up
• Continuously improve commercial output, optimizing production yield and throughput
• Data analysis
• Develop Spotfire Template

What We Are Looking For?

• Engineering Degree or above in Electronics or equivalent education.
• Good knowledge of IC manufacturing flow, technology and methodology.
• Good knowledge of statistical tools – XLS, JMP.
• Programming knowledge, data automation is an advantage.
• Good experience in software development. R development experience is preferred.
• Fluent written and verbal English is essential, excellent communication skills
