Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for overall China Food business development.
2. Develop industry business plan, including identify the targeted market, do market research and analysis, identify competitors and market trends, plan to grow market share and penetrating into new opportunities. Develop industry business forecast and measurement for the result. Develop an investment & time frame for achieving the business plan;
3. Explore or create new business growth opportunity including new product or new application which meet customer needs, Initiate the activities include: a) market research b) coordinate new product development and management c) technical training to sales d) new product launch f) Propose product standard price)
4. Develop and implement market communication and promotion program includes but not limited to ad/tradeshow/PR/we chat etc.
5. Participate and present regularly in industrial seminar or industry association meeting.
6. Maintain effective relationships with existing key customers maintain and grow existing business against competitions.
7. Hire industry specialist and build China Food business development team when necessary in next 3 years.
8. Achieve the target of market penetration and market coverage presence.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree, Majored in Electronic, Mechanical, Automation or related
2. At least 5 years food industry’s sales experience
3. With good interpersonal and communication skill
4. Good written and spoken English
5. Familiar with MS-office and Internet application
6. Be positive, proactive, self-motivated, able to work under pressure and a good team player
7. Willing to travel
