Responsibilities:

- Apply well-developed product and service knowledge and skills to respond clients/prospects various inquiries, including store location, product availability, product information (including pricing) from various channel, including phone, email, and other digital communication platform, etc. and provide problem resolution to ensure clients have unique experience

- Perform all After Sales service front office activities directly related to final customers, acting as proactive point of reference (for estimate approval, lead-time update, return and invoicing of the repaired product, etc.) and assuring that the customer satisfaction is constantly pursued and restored

- Classify complaint cases and set up/update the offering option standard in accordance with global retail/AFSS guideline and local legal standard

- Provide basic in store maintenance service to customers

- Analyze and escalates key service issues or opportunities to appropriate functions to keep improving customer satisfaction and generate the customer loyalty to the Brand

- Enrich CRM database, implement CRM 1 to 1 activities to enhance the customer relationship with the company

- Recognize sale opportunities when dealing with customers and conduct more sales at the point of service

- Support retail team on daily sales activities

- Participate to online, in class and technical trainings in order to develop the knowledge on different topics (collections, selling techniques, brand and inspiration stories, security, systems …)

Requirements:

- University Graduate

- Be good at English both oral and written

- 4-5 years customer service experience, prefer to have Lux Retail, Hospitality experience，has watch or Jewelry product knowledge is a plus

- With high standard customer service knowledge and skill, with tracked record on handling customer complain smoothly, with watch or jewelry industry experience is a plus

- Impact, business awareness, flexibility, negotiation skill, hospitable, empathy, detail orientated and with team work spirits
