Job Purpose:

  

 

  

提供商业办公场地和电气工程实验室环境的日常运行，维护及支持。对暖通，空调、管道、消防、电梯、备用发电机、电气等系统有良好的理解和知识。配合EHS维护办公室公共健康和安全。作为对内对外联络窗口，良好的客户服务意识，在所管辖区提供日常的设施硬件服务，具有一定的财务知识，和供应商管理能力。

  

 

  

Key Responsibilities:

  

 

  

• 执行区域设施经理制定和管理的预算。

• 提供设施管理服务，满足要求，并确保现场设施和设备的安全运行。

• 执行预防性维护计划，评估管理承包商的工作绩效。

• 周期性巡视办公室，负责处理工作时间及非工作时间所发生的维修服务。

• 协调安排办公室各类施工、维修或维护事宜。

• 跟进承包商，对办公室各类施工，维修的进度查询，信息收集及工作汇报。

• 具备商业楼宇自动化控制系统的知识，故障分析，排除及汇报。

• 能够应用，指导，并协助相关供应商及时发现问题，及设施设备的维修。

• 协助H&S对办公室的日常管理，确保办公环境的安全健康和符合当地的法律，法规。

• 为内部和外部客户提供优质的设施服务，提升设施团队的形象。

• 负责办公时间及非办公时间持续的紧急保障。

• 负责管理采购订单流程。

• 其他设施经理需要的职责和任务。

要求：

  

• 高中/大专文凭

• 3-5年商业建筑设备工程师或维修技术员的工作经验。

• 有使用微软办公软件的经验
