Job purpose:

• Lead development , implementation, training, maintenance & support of solutions related to information systems and digital tools.
• Define & validate priorities/roadmap of Digital Team with a Digital Steering Committee composed of R&R Asia senior management.
• Ensure proper project management, governance, cost control and reporting for all related projects and secure the timely delivery of the projects.
• Work closely with R&R field teams (operations and projects) to ensure the effectiveness of deployed solutions and the satisfaction of their users. 
• Animate users’ community to ensure a collective governance of shared business solutions. ? Work closely with IT team for existing and new development, to ensure compliance with internal standards, in particular in terms of IT security.
• Develop a data management standard to enable the development of smart solutions.
• Scope : R&R Asia including all waste management activities in the Asia region

 

Responsibilities:

• Define R&R Asia Digital Roadmap in coordination with Digital Steering Committee (composed of Project Execution Director, Business Line Directors).
• Implement this roadmap and organize regular progress reports to the Digital Steering Committee.
• Organize regular coordination meetings with teams of users to monitor project progress and the healthy utilization of deployed solutions (e.g. site Steering Committees / project Steering Committees)
• Work in coordination with Technical Department to promote data standardization. ? Liaise with other Digital teams within Suez group for coordination / exchanges (including but not limited to Suez Global HQ Digital Team).
• Submit/ follow/ promote Digital projects as part of the “Innovation Trophy” of Suez as needed. 
• Drive the development of digital project such as :  o Project budget control (SPC) /Project Commissioning control /REX / Time sheet / Knowledge data base / Centralised maintenance reporting / Centralised operation reporting o ODOO : HW / MSW / collection o SAP connectors o New business solutions / Documentation control Database

Requirements:

• BSc in Information technology or equivalent Experience:   10 years working experience in Business Solution implementation projects (e.g. ERP, specific applications like CRM, CMMS, etc.) Professional Qualifications: 
• Language:   Good command of English, working knowledge of Mandarin.
• Excellent skills in: 
• Team leadership, cross-functional project animation, Software / Business Solution management, Project Management (inc. Agile methods), Cost Control, IT infrastructure Average skills in:  Development
• Demonstrate ability to: 
• Work independently, identify problems and propose solutions, understand business processes and how to translate them into business solutions.
• General knowledge:  Computer software (Odoo, IP21, Coswin, yEd), programming language (Pyhton, Java, HTML, SQL,..)
• Others:   Excellent interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation and negotiations, with strong leadership skills. - Excellent analytical skills.
