MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Identify opportunities by performing analytics and researches from data. Maintain close communication with IDC/ GFK and other MI companies.   Internal communication of the market finding within AMD GC Org.
2. Understand competitive products and gaps in offering; create and conceptualize product messages and marketing means that would be competitively advantaged.
3. Market and customer insight expert. Possessed in-depth understanding of AMD, AMD products, its competitors and customers, as well as ecosystem partners.  Ability to translate those insights into effective marketing tactics.
4. Define product GTM strategy, by defining product positioning, 4P Plan development.  Closely working with the sales team to ensure the strategy aligns with the sales strategy.
5. Product and marketing message development.
6. Training content development, as well as taking up the role as a trainer externally to AMD’s customers as well partners.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of industry experience in technology or DIY related businesses
• Demonstrated ability to translate customer needs into business and product requirements
• Demonstrated ability to perform data analytical skills and leverage the data to construct executable market strategy
• Experiences in running GTM projects and is capable of running projects independently, as well as perform as a good team player.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills across all levels of the organization
• In-depth knowledge in the DIY marketplace.
• Fluent in English and Chinese
• Good presentation skill

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate degree (MBA, M.S. or Ph.D.) in Business Administration, Computer Sciences, Engineering related major
• 8+ years of industry experience is preferred.
• 3+ years of Experience in China DIY market.
