校园招聘相关：

1. 根据公司战略目标及各部门需求，协助编制年度校招计划，制定当年校招策略，并指导策略的落地实施；
2. 统筹校园招聘相关工作，包括但不限于校招前期筹备、现场活动实施与校招结果分析等工作；
3. 建设并维护企业雇主品牌，设计校园推广方案，开拓校招渠道和资源。

                

    

培训相关：

1. 根据每年校园招聘进展，制定相应培训计划并实施跟踪；
2. 根据公司业务发展需要，协助搭建培训体系，拟定培训方案与计划，管理培训供应商；
3. 负责培训课件设计，培训组织安排，跟踪培训效果并分析，不断完善培训流程。

                

    

其他：

   1. 按时、认真准确的完成上级交待的其他工作。   

任职资格：

1. 本科及以上学历，5年以上人力资源领域工作经验，有校招、培训经验优先；
2. 具有丰富的招聘、培训项目管理经验，有科技公司从业经验优先；
3. 具有良好的职业形象与操守，较强的沟通、协调能力，良好的分析问题、解决问题的思维能力；
4. 工作积极主动，逻辑清晰，有团队协作精神；
5. 熟练使用相关办公软件(Word、Excel、PPT)。
