岗位职责 Job Responsibilities：

1、根据副总裁的要求，对负责范围内各工厂的项目管理进行监管；  

Supervise the project management of the factories within the scope of responsibility according to the requirements of the vice president;

2、根据需要，对个别事项进行督导和检查，并协助解决；    

Supervise and inspect individual matters as needed, and assist in solving them;    

3、协助副总裁进行会议内容的准备、记录及传递和文件管理；    

Assist the vice president in the preparation, recording and delivery of meeting content and document management;    

4、督促、检查、催办副总裁布置的工作，确认落实情况；    

Supervise, inspect and urge the work assigned by the vice president to confirm the implementation;    

5、完成上级交办的其他工作。

Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

1、本科及以上学历，工科类相关专业；    

Bachelor degree or above, engineering related majors;    

2、至少1-2年项目管理经验，有汽车行业项目经验优先，愿意长期从事项目管理方向；    

At least 1-2 years of project management experience, project experience in the automotive industry is preferred, and is willing to engage in project management for a long time;    

3、了解项目管理的全过程，掌握项目管理的关键节点，对关键项目节点有一定的管控能力；Understand the entire process of project management, master the key nodes of project management, and have certain management and control ability to the key nodes of the project;   

4、具备良好的英语听说读写能力，能够进行口语及书面翻译；    

Have good English listening, speaking, reading and writing ability, able to oral and written translation;    

5、具备良好的组织、计划、沟通协调能力；    

With good organization, planning, communication and coordination capabilities;    

6、适应国内外出差。    

Adapt to business trips at home and abroad.
