岗位职责 Job Responsibilities：

1、负责工厂及生产线的布局，供应链规划的实施推进；

Responsible for the layout of factories and production lines, and implementation of supply chain planning;

2、负责生产设备、人员的布局安排；

Responsible for the layout of production equipment and personnel;

3、负责产能规划和分析；

Responsible for capacity planning and analysis;

4、完善工时管理体系；

Improve the working hours management system;

5、负责项目Launch管理，确保项目Launch阶段顺利进行

Responsible for project launch management to ensure the smooth launch of the project;

6、负责工装、设备的实施推进；

Responsible for the implementation and promotion of tooling and equipment;

7、负责产品包装、器具的设计与开发，确保包装、器具满足产品的使用和时间要求；

Responsible for the design and development of product packaging and facilities to ensure that the packaging and facilities meet the product use and time requirements;

8、建立、完善持续改进体系；

Establish and improve the continuous improvement system;

9、管理生产控制问卷，确保产品流程图、PFMEA、CP文件的有效使用；

Manage the production control questionnaire to ensure the effective use of product flow charts, PFMEA, and CP files;

10、协助项目开发工作，完成生产流转场地的规划、制定初始物流方案、报价成本分析；

Assist in project development, complete the planning of production circulation site, formulate the initial logistics plan, and analyze the cost of the quotation;

11、完成上级交办的其他工作。

Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

岗位要求 Job Requirements：

1、本科及以上学历，机械、材料、管理类专业背景；

Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical, material or management;

2、5年以上生产管理、工业工程工作经验，有汽车行业经验优先；

More than 5 years working experience in production management and industrial engineering, experience in the automotive industry is preferred;

3、熟悉IE专业知识，能够建立IE体系；

Familiar with IE professional knowledge and be able to establish IE system;

4、熟悉工业工程知识；生产管理知识；设备管理知识；注塑工艺；涂装工艺；塑料产品性能和结构；TS16949质量体系知识；

Familiar with industrial engineering knowledge; production management knowledge; equipment management knowledge; injection molding process; painting process; performance and structure of plastic products; TS16949 quality system knowledge;

5、具备团队管理能力，有较强的服务意识和管理能力

Possess team management ability, strong service awareness and management ability

6、英语听说读写熟练，能作为工作语言；

proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, can be used as a working language;

7、接受全球轮岗。
