JOB TITLE: Channel Operation Manager Location: Shanghai/Beijing

REPORTS TO: Sr. Operation Excellence Manager (CVG)

DEPARTMENT: CVG Enabling Function

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

Be the critical plant of group centralized operation excellence team, to support business growth for business group through clear channel strategy establishing and execution.

MAIN JOB DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

CHANNEL MANAGEMENT

• Joint efforts in Channel strategy and Channel projects execution, as coordinator to craft alignment between corporate direction and BU field needs

• Involve in the distribution performance management, partner with sales managers, compliance managers to evaluate distributors both on performance and risk metrics.

• Execute channel management key projects such as Dealer Segmentation and Development project to support business growth

• Work with company supporting functions to solve channel related problems

DEALER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

• Familiar with DMS Dealer Management System / support on dealer training to use DMS

• Provide business insight for DMS further development

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

• Lead CVG Channel Council regular meetings and projects, such as CVG group session at National Dealer Meeting

• Insight in Innovative Channel Model, Co-wok with BU head/ Channel team on critical channel initiatives such as “two invoice” solution, VBP(带量采购) solution.

• Execute Channel Compliance project such as DCA project (Distributor Compliance Ambassador) together with Compliance team

• Project management experience, basic presentation skill and English communication.

  JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  KNOWLEDGE/EDUCATION

• Bachelor degree or above, MBA is preferred.

  JOB EXPERIENCE

• Multi-year work experience in MNC, 6-7+ year channel management and/or Sales management experience in high-valued medical device industry preferred.

  SKILLS/COMPETENCIES

• Mature, independent, problem solver

• Have commercial operation experience

• Effective in communication and good interpersonal skill

• Good command in both English and Mandarin.
