职位描述

Job Summary:
Leading a 10+ sales team in HK&China to sell UL service to electronics customer, taking full responsibility for budget planning, sales pipeline management and key customer relationship management.

Job Responsibility:
1. Develops, implements, and manages tactical plans and budgets to achieve assigned sales, net revenue, and market development objectives. Assures sales programs are cost effective and integrated with other sales and operational efforts.
2. Acquires and communicates a broad range of information on all phases of competitive activity, market changes, and client needs.
3. Manages account planning for the area of HK&China by assessing the market and sales potential for the area, segmenting the area, determining how to "go to market", identifying resources needs, deploying resources, and evaluating results.
4. Develops and manages strategic account relationships. Sells to high value prospects.
5. Manages continuous improvement of sales efforts by developing and implementing feedback and preventive and corrective action systems.
6. Facilitates delivery of contracted services by communicating and coordinating with appropriate levels in the audit delivery organization.
7. Manages customer satisfaction by overseeing the prevention and resolution of customer service issues.
8. Manages the performance of direct reports by defining accountabilities, establishing performance objectives, providing feedback and guidance, and ensuring that all policies are understood and adhered to.
9. May assist in the collection of outstanding debt.
10. Performs other duties as directed.

Requirement:
1. University Degree (Equivalent to Bachelor's degree)
2. Generally 10+ years sales experience, including 5+ years people management experience.
3. Strong technical and business/economic foundation, including formal account planning, sales strategy development, sales tracking and measurement.
4. With personality of open minded, result orientated and positive-thinking.
