职位描述
Primary Function:
The position is required to work as the key role between IT and Business with strong business knowledge/experience and technical/communication skills. By translating requirement into tech solutions to help people to gain insight of business/systems/data.
Major Responsibilities and Duties:
? Provide expertise on KPI design based on business specifications.
? IT/Business Solution design and implementation.
? Provide efficient technical recommendations and demo to help user understand solution design.
? Quickly identifies and resolves requirement gaps or development issues to ensure no discrepancy between development and request during the project life circle.
? System/data/content security control/administration.
? Timely and effective incidents resolution.
? BI Project life circle estimation/management.
职位要求：
Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science (CS), Software Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent work experience).
? Professional knowledge in pharmacy industry.
? 5+ PM & BA work experience
? 2+ years working in pharmacy industry.
? Excellent BI reporting design skill preferred.
? Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills.
? Great technical background or equivalent working experience (Tableau/SQL/ETL…)
? Team spirit and strong documentation skill.
? Fluency in both spoken and written English.
