   Focus: 3nd party service, MRO/facility/maintenance, Electrical material, new supplier sourcing and Machine localization project Work on 3nd party service, MRO/facility maintenance and related components, sourcing the good cost performance supplier according to TCO consideration. Build up supplier relationship, fulfill cost down requirement, meantime cooperate with OP and Quality team, make sure the parts and service delivery on time with right quality, improve the supplier QCD Performance.

Responsibilities:

 §  Conduct assessment of the supply market, apply industry best practices and sourcing opportunities: business trends, market conditions, supplier cost structure and benchmarks, etc.

§  Work independently in supplier searching, evaluation, qualification, and improvement

§  Identify qualified suppliers or develop new suppliers to execute sourcing activities (inquiry, negotiation, contracting, etc.), for assigned sourcing projects.

§  Analyze global and regional material demands and requirements to initiate sourcing activities.

 §  Analyze quotations, negotiate terms and conditions, and determine supply sources 

 §  Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments in clarifications and decisions of request and quality topics.

 §  Create order and handle delivery status, make sure order on demand schedule 

 §  Project management, make project plan, milestone, tracking list and update

 §  Manage relationships with supplier, drive continuous improvement in terms of cost, delivery, quality and responsiveness.

§  Maintain purchasing data in SAP (supply source, supply conditions, purchase contacts, etc.), keep daily monitoring and renewing

 §  Manage and archive the documents in daily work, keep in compliance to legal requirements and company policy 

  

• Bachelor’s degree with engineering/mechanical and/or commercial background

• A minimum of 5 years working experience in sourcing relevant fields

• Proficient in oral and writing English, additional capability in German is a plus

• Capability of reading mechanical engineering drawings

• Sound skills in project management, price negotiation and data analysis

• Sound skills in communication and building up networks

• Filed service and onsite project management experience are preferred

• In-depth knowledge of China / Asia supply market is preferred

• SAP procurement knowledge is preferred

2007年，随着国内用户的不断增加，公司成立克朗斯（太仓）贸易有限公司。同样坐落在太仓的贸易公司，更大程度上分担了国内用户对整线系统的需要，其中包括整线的匹配，备品备件的采购以及物流的协调管理。在***程度上降低了客户的成本，满足了客户的需求。
