We are currently seeking a Wholesale Executive, who will report to the China Wholesale Manager, as part of our dynamic team in China.

 

Your opportunity

 

The Wholesale Executive, will be responsible for the daily operation with China wholesale distributors and boutiques.

 

How you will contribute

• In charge of China wholesale operation, improve wholesale sell-out & sell-in figure.

• Collect monthly sales report from the distributors and make the Wholesale Monthly Report. Sell-in, sell-out & stock analysis, merchandise analysis & support to distributors and wholesale boutiques.

• Follow up the wholesale order, allocation and logistic, coordinate the stock transfer from retail if necessary.

• Wholesale buffer stock management.

• Order sales material from HK every two months and dispatch to the wholesale boutiques when the distributors require.

• Share the related sales information and enhance the communication with the distributors, monitor the execution by boutique like Novelty learning and new window VM display etc.

• Support the wholesale shop opening, provide all the opening materials and coordinate opening training, VM and opening activation etc.

• Execute and coordinate wholesale boutiques marketing activities.

• GWP ordering and stock management.

• Wholesale Customer Service quotation and follow up.

• Other daily operation, like contract follow up, payment settlement, inquire the stock availability and VIP level for the distributors, solve the TOGO problem, send the VAT invoice to the distributors by month etc.

 

                                                                                                                                    

Who you are

 

         Experience, business and technical skills

• 4 year University Degree

• Minimum 2 years working experience, proven track record in previous employment

• Previous China operation experience – preferably but not mandatory in Jewellery/luxury Industry

• Excellent English written and communication skills

• Analytical mind, good with numbers and excellent data analysis

• Ability to work under pressure & travelling

• Well-organized and problem-solving skill

• Positive attitude

• A team player
