职位描述


Mission

    

Reporting to the Head of Sales CN, the Service Sales Engineer will have responsibility for related regional service business with the customer. This includes responsibility for related regional service sales to the customer, execution of all obligations under contract, customer relationship.

    

 

    

Main functions: - Responsibilities

    

Account management

    

- Develop and regularly review customer of related region account plan

    

- Keep Head of Sales CN informed of progress and changes

    

- Understand the customer of related region decision making process

    

- Develop close and positive relationships between SGRE and regional customer staff

    

- Improve customer satisfaction

    

Service sales

    

- Grow profitable business by:

    

- Identifying sales opportunities

    

- Constructing offers

    

- Sell services product

    

Contract execution

    

- Identify contractual obligations

    

- Plan the actions and resources necessary to fulfil contractual obligations

    

- Execute contract deliverables through employment of own resources and coordination with other departments where necessary.

    

- Measure and validate execution

    

- Validate sufficiency of execution

    

- Work with customer of related region to ensure a safe working environment for the execution of all contractual obligations

    

 

    

Qualifications:

    

- University degree in Engineering or related discipline, qualification in engineering is desirable.

    

- Language: English: Fluent in both written and spoken English

    

- Experience: Required Knowledge/Skills and Experience. Minimum 1-2-year sales experience in energy industry with similar challenges

    

- Good understanding of wind farm management is desirable

    

- Business acumen

    

- Ability to achieve credibility and influence decision making executives within customer account of related region

    

- Good communication and negotiation skills

    

- Good coordination and organization ability – able to coordinate resources and people both within Gamesa and at customer site

    

- Sales-driven and result-oriented

    

- Good service mindset and attitude

    

- Self-motivated and able to work with ambiguity

    

- Able to be multi-tasking and detail-oriented

    

- Good at handling changes and emergencies

    

- Good time and stress management

    

- Good business acumen, influencing skills

    

- Good persuasive and negotiating capability
