Key Responsibility & Professional Background

? Willing to work for start up company to create, form, coach a multi-culture team.

? Start from himself/ herself, fast build up Business Development team in China,

? Develop new EDA suppliers ecosystem with China & oversea EDA suppliers to target the China & global semiconductor IDM, IC design houses, wafer foundry, backend packaging & testing vendors

? 10+ years of sales, marketing or business development experience & management background within EDA suppliers or EDA distributors

? Create, develop & execute the new EDA business unit strategies to drive for success.

? P&L responsibility of the EDA business unit

? Work with other internal teams, ie, product marketing, sales, field application engineering , etc., to form company goals & objectives then to execute the strategies.

? Western company working background with entrepreneurship spirit.

? Good knowledge in using EDA tools

? A great communicator, and a great issue resolver and is to make everyone in the engineering organization successful and he or she needs to fix the issues that are getting in the way of success.

Personal characteristics & requirements

? Good communication skills in Chinese & English

? Problem solver

? Entrepreneurial spirit

? Minimum master degree in semiconductor related engineering & preferable with PHD degree.

? Willing to work under pressure, independent and frequency travel

? With 10+ years working experience in EDA related companies ( Cadence Design System Inc; Synopsis Inc. etc. )

Package

? Base salary + benefits, bonus : Negotiable
