-协助测试负责人进行测试计划，设计，执行和报告的日常工作。

-对冲刺范围，测试策略选择和自动化执行计划进行详细的需求分析

-积极处理困难的故事和代码更改验证

-与测试成员一起进行具有高度自动化覆盖范围的sprint / release回归测试

-创新现有自动化代码的用法和性能

-与不同角色的利益相关者协调并推动解决问题

-向测试经理和Scrum主管报告测试统计信息，并与其他利益相关者进行沟通

-预见，识别潜在风险并在项目测试中监控缓解计划的执行

-与团队，Scrum管理员，工程师和测试人员中的差异角色紧密协作，以提供高质量的更改

-解决自动化执行过程中的问题

职位要求：

-本科以上学历

-至少具有5年IT行业从业经验，并且具有丰富的测试知识，尤其是功能性网站测试。

-至少有3年的功能测试经验，并且具有有关测试自动化架构和BDD相关工具包的丰富技术知识，例如Java，Appium，Rest服务等

-具有1到2年的aOS和/或iOS自动测试工作经验将是一个不错的选择

-对敏捷开发方法和交付驱动的深刻理解

-令人信服的在全球范围内与不同角色合作的能力

-具有积极进取的积极性。

-能够在紧张的工作中以紧凑的时间表和经济有效的方式完成项目
