职位描述
工作职责：
1. 帮助学员和家长定制学习计划；
2. 监督教学质量，积极推动教学质量的提升；
3. 负责追踪学生的学习效果 ，解决学生和家长的学习效果相关问题；
4. 能很好的与学员和家长沟通，了解学员及家长的思想动态及时给予解决；
5. 确保服务质量达到客户满意度指标；
6. 达成续费、课耗及推荐指标；
7. 完成上级安排的其他工作。
任职要求：
1.统招大专以上学历，英文专业或教育学专业优先录用；
2. 一年以上的儿童教学服务相关工作经验 ，或参与过教学管理工作的优先；
3.有一定的学术能力，对教育产品、方法透彻了解；
4.有身为人师的责任感，能耐心积极地帮助学生和家长解决业方面的问题；
5.有团队协作能力，与教师管理部门等协同完成工作；
6.服务意识强，能积极应对用户提出的问题及投诉；
7.有爱心，责任心，团队意识强，热爱教育行业抗压能力适应加班对工作保持高度情；
