岗位职责：
建立以顾客为核心、多触点连接的生态系统，以达到增加屈臣氏泛会员、提高用户社交黏性和转化的目的
1. 负责数字化转型相关产品的0-1的用户增长裂变，持续获取并拉升用户量，导流到屈臣氏相关平台；
2. 对于流量和数据比较敏感，有产品思维，能快速理解屈臣氏的用户产品并有效进行用户的拉新和转化；
3. 制定用户增长策略和阶段性活动方案，并为效果负责，分析活动和策略的效果并形成报告，提出改进计划和方案并推动落地。
任职要求：
1. 大学本科及以上学历；
2. 熟悉电脑操作，包括office 系统，数据整理分析、报表制作和ppt制作；
3. 沟通能力强，工作细心有条理、关注细节、学习能力强；
4. 优秀的书面和口头沟通能力，双语(中英文)是必须的；
5. 对数据敏感，优秀的分析能力，思维逻辑清晰，；
6. 表现出高度重视细节，有能力同时管理多个任务并能承受一定压力；
7. 有相关实习经验，在学生会或学生组织中任要职，有活动策划、项目执行能力者优先。
