ABOUT THIS JOB
Lead a set of dairy clients and a team, responsible for the service delivery related with analytics and client response. Team management, implementation and improvement about efficiency and effectiveness.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Analytics & Response:
- Ensure the services provided to clients are timely and precise according to client business needs and specifications while meeting the company's quality
- Drive client satisfaction by providing insights and actionable recommendations during data or presentations delivery
- Consult with clients regarding both general and complex concerns, anticipate client needs. Control clients demand within reasonable range while still satisfying them
- Drive cross category (within one industry) and cross client knowledge to build thought leadership and industry expertise. Be able to connect with other practice team and knowledge to build the total Nielsen / total client insights
Team:
- Responsible for the training and development of the team. Ensure team members are trained to handle client requirements
- Conducts performance reviews for direct reports. Establish high standards of performance, provide support, recognition and feedback to develop associates and support a strong team environment.
- Execute transformation, promote the usage of Nielsen analysis tools within the team, clearly articulating the vision and inspiring teams to drive the change agenda
- Leverage Nielsen internal management tools to better optimize team working flow, balancing workload, spotlighting issues, and proactively provide support and solution to resolve the problems.
Business:
- Identify problems growth opportunities through insight delivery. Position value-based RMS solutions in a wider, strategic focus.
- Drive Sales Leads through supporting RMS renewal & RMS new opportunities from insights delivery with existing and new client, and have the mindset to identify new opportunities
- Drive Client Satisfaction improvement via insight deliverables to delight client
- Responsible for the training and development of the team to have efficient client responding skills, develop a healthy and stable team
QUALIFICATIONS
- Over 6 years research experience in leading Market Research/FMCG/Retailing companies with at least 2 years in team leader or people manager position
- Strong client focus, proactive to engage client, excellent client service skill
- Expertise in product marketing and brand marketing. In-depth understanding of at least 1-2 major FMCG Food & Beverage categories
- A consultant mindset in problem diagnosis and actionable solution propose based on data and data analysis
- Good logical thinking and analytical skill
- Good presentation skill
- Good English skill both written and oral
