Major Responsibilities:
- Assist faculty in teaching MSF;
- Assist MSF participants before, during and after their study at the program;
- Build and develop class culture, organize and coordinate students’ activities/events;
- Expand the popularity and reputation of Ziijng and Kelley by improving program quality and customer satisfaction constantly;
- Create platform of information sharing & communication; Bridge role between faculties and students;
- Support admission when needed;
- Organize and support with other related issues

Basic Requirements:
-  Bachelor or above degree, overseas education background preferred;
-  3-5 years working experience in administration or customer service function; or postgraduates with master degree;
-  Good command of both Chinese and English;
-  Good command of MS office software; 
-  Team work and self-management;
-  Good presentation and communication skills;
-  Initiative to provide service to customers (faculty, participants, colleagues);
-  Competency in crisis settlement.
