• Proposal and quote support

？  RFP alert to senior management

？  Proposal draft prepare: including project teams bios, SAI’s qualification in the specific industry/topic and basic proposal template

？  Proposal coordination: coordinate internal secondary research team, senior management, and deadline submission

• Business development
• Work with the senior leadership team to proactively generate and actively maintain a lead bank of potential sales opportunities and keep them in record
• Manage and report upon lead status, account structural changes, and client satisfaction etc.
• Sales call/meetings arrangement in Asia, including Shanghai, Beijing, Singapore and Japan

？  Customize marketing material based on client’s potential interest

• Professionally represent SAI at all levels within client and target organizations to enhance our reputation
• Admin operation:
• Update and manage SAI knowledge database and customer information database
• Daily admin support senior management team sales activities
• Contract support and follow up
• Internal customer system management and monitoring
• Support financial team to prepare for payment documents

Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent majored in English / Business / Management / Economics etc.
• Detail oriented and have strong work ethic, we value candidate with PRO-ACTIVE work attitude
• Passion for sales and marketing
• Strong communication skills in English at a business level
• Proactive problem solving capabilities & outstanding interpersonal skills
• Good at MS office skills （Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English
