职位描述
Key Accountabilities
? Ability to translate customer requirements into testable acceptance criteria (test cases, test data, test plan)
? Knowledge of system being tested - terms of requirements, design and environment, architecture
? Executing Black-/White-Box Tests
? Investigate, log, track and retest incidents
? Brief and guide testers, train testers
? Determine test plan and schedule
? Determine resource plan for test activities
? Coordinate and lead test activities
? Perform as point of contact between development and testing teams
? Track test progress and defect resolution, managing/ escalating issues and concerns where applicable
? Provide regular reports to management on test statuses
? Ensure test activities adhere to prescribed schedules and budget
? Manage the outsourcing testers
? Coordinate with outsourcing company about test resources, test plan
Desired Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
? More than 7 years of Software testing experience
? 2+ years of project management or leading experience.
? Strong technical expertise in C++ application testing
? Knowledge in Linux and Windows
? Knowledge in Webservice and xml
? Good analytical skills to understand complex requirements
? Good communication and coordination skills
? Good at effort estimation and project scope management.
? Fluent English
? High motivation, sense of responsibility & self-discipline
