Job Purpose：
Responsible for contract management. Manage a team which focus on contract negotiations with sites and communication with internal legal. Work with CSM/CRA to finalize Clinical Trial agreement
Compliance with local regulations, GCP, Novartis SOP and applicable policies.

Your Responsibilities：
1. Contract Team Management
- Hire, train, and supervise contract team and allocate tasks to appropriate specialist.
- Contract specialist workload evaluation and calculation
-Contract specialist’s on-boarding and hand-over process set
2. Contract Process set up and Execution
- Set up contract process and validate the feasibility and update accordingly.
- Work with key stakeholders to set up contract negotiation strategy, including but not limited to communication channel set up with sites, TMO priority trials.
- Work closely with start up team/CRAs/CSM and make seamless work transfer for trial start up process
- Help CSM to develop trial specific template and amendment template
3. Training
- Work with training team to develop training plans and coordinate training as needed, eg; on-boarding training, hospital requirements sharing and process introduction.

Desirable Requirements:
1. Education: Degree in scientific or healthcare is preferred, or equivalent working experience
2. Languages: Fluent English (Oral and spoken), Fluent in local language
3. Experience/Professional requirement:minimum 5 years pharmaceutical industry experience with 4+ years strong experience in clinical research/Contract related work
4. Skills & Knowledge:
- Proven ability to manage teams and complex communication locally and in the global organization.
- Able to work in a matrix organization
- Ability to work under pressure
