• Mission:
  Maximize the commercial contribution by meeting the needs of the field with an attractive and competitive product offering.
  Develop local and global Parts and Accessories sourcing from China to improve offer competitiveness
  Ensure maximum synergies between JVs and with Asian entities to promote common sourcing in order to generate volume effect and capitalization in supplier’s panel
  
  ·         Manage the supplier selection process ;
  -       Supplier panel management
  -       Risky supplier identification & Benchmark activities
  -       Research Opportunities Leading Competitive suppliers
  -       Request For Quotation (RFQ) or Request for Information (RFI)
  . Issuance, analysis and negotiations
  -       Preparation for ARC(Alliance Review committee) & ASC(Alliance sourcing committee)
   
  ·         Negotiate the economic conditions ;
  -       External: preparatory analysis = search for negotiation leads
  -       Supplier meetings / negotiations / management of purchasing record
   
  ·         Coordinate internally or externally, if needed ;
  -       Followed projects / Performance Reviews / business steering committees /
  Project Progress Review / arbitrations / etc
   
  ·         The administrative management
  -       Late payment accounting / Reporting - Minutes of meetings 
  
  Candidate Profile :
   
  Must Have
   
  ·         Broad and successful experience in purchasing of automotive industry ;
  ·         Strength of proposal and negotiation skills on various topics;
  ·         Good self management capabilities and good creativity;
  ·         Chinese native & proficiency English.
   
  Nice to Have
   
  ·         Good knowledge of cost management & analysis, supplier evaluation;
  ·         Active working attitude and open mind to lead collaboration with related departments.
