职位描述

? As a chief, work closely with internal and external alliance partners. Technical support and promotion of outsourcing CMC projects

? Work closely with GMP production, drug supply chain and other cross functional teams, ensure CMC project derivable and the GMP compliance followed

? Responsible for API and Formulation product process development, technology transfer, set pilot scale-up plan and strategy, management of CMC development process and implementation projects

? Monitor and control the CMC process; within budget and timeline

? Tracking project progress, monitoring project progress, and improving project management system for ongoing projects

? Supervision of the compliance of the third parties

? Other job assigned

任职条件

? MS or PhD in pharmaceutics, chemistry and related areas with 8+ years’ experience in Biopharmaceutical CMC management, participated in CMC research. Great understanding and experience on the development and application of new drugs

? Experience in product developing and project management experience cooperation with CMO or CRO

? Good execution, team building, interpersonal communication and organization capabilities

? Have working experience in overseas pharmaceutical companies or multinational companies, have good English communication skills, and can communicate with foreign colleagues smoothly

? Good problem analysis skills and problem solving skills

? Strong sense of responsibility, detail oriented, initiative and independent

? cGMP experience as a plus。
