1 工作职责：Responsibility:

§ 负责低压及中压电气传动产品的电气设计，包括主回路设计、控制回路设计、电气元件选型、BoM整理及更新维护等工作；

§ 负责低压及中压电气传动产品电气型式测试，包括测试计划编制、测试系统搭建、测试、测试结果分析及测试报告撰写等工作；

§ 负责低压及中压电气传动产品可靠性设计，包括可靠性设计计划、FIT计算、DFMEA设计、器件寿命估算、HALT、ALT、环境测试、设计裕量测试等工作；

§ 负责支持内部及外部客户的挑战性技术；

§ 参与低压及中压开关及控制装置的电气设计工作，包括主回路/控制回路图纸的设计，元器件选型，材料清单/配置表的创建及维护等；

§ 作为团队成员友好并积极参与研发工作。

§ Electrical design for LV and MV drive products, including main circuit design, control circuit design, component dimensioning, BoM collection and update, etc.

§ Testing for LV and MV drive products, including testing plan drafting, building testing system, testing, testing results analysis, testing report drafting, etc.

§ Reliability design for LV and MV drive products, including reliability plan drafting, FIT calculation, DFMEA design, component lifetime calculation, HALT, ALT, environment testing, design margin testing, etc.

§ Supporting internal and external customers on technical challenges.

§ Take part in electrical design for LV and MV switchgear and control device, including main circuit design / control circuit design, component dimensioning, BoM / configuration table collection and upgrade.

§ Working as a friendly and proactive member in R&D organization.

2 职位要求：Requirements:

§ 电 气工程、自动化及相关专业，研究生以上学历，3年以上敏捷开发环境的相关工作经历；

§ 熟悉低压或中压电气传动产品的电气设计相关工作，能熟练使用Eplan者优先；

§ 了解低压或中压电气传动产品测试、认证标准，有相关测试及认证工作经验优先；

§ 了解低压或中压电气传动产品的可靠性设计相关知识，有产品可靠性设计经验者优先；

§ 具有良好的实际测试能力，能熟练使用常用测试仪器；

§ 熟悉低压或中压开关及控制装置内电气元件特性及电气设计，具有低压或中压开关及控制装置的设计或测试相关经验者优先；

§ 具有良好的英文交流及演讲能力，性格开朗、注重团队合作。

§ Master or above degree from Electrical Engineering, Automation or related area, >3 years agile development environment working experience.

§ Familiar with electrical design related work in LV or MV drive products, familiar with Eplan is preferred.

§ Knowledge on testing and certification related work in LV or MV drive products, related actual experience is preferred.

§ Knowledge on reliability design related work in LV or MV drive products, actual experience is preferred.

§ Familiar with actual testing, and familiar with usual testing instrument.

§ Familiar with inside component characters and electrical design for LV or MV switchgear and control devices, actual experience in the design or testing of LV or MV switchgear and control devices is preferred.

§ Fluent in English with excellent communication and presentation skills, positive attitude and a team player.
