职责描述：
1. AMEA Program (6-8 weeks training for CRA with 10-12 month’s experience)
2. Bench Training for FSPx CRA
3. FSP New Hired CRA training (including some team building)
4. CRA Boot Camp/Oncology Boot Camp
5. Support other training activities as needed
6. May have line mgr. responsible if candidate willing to be people management role

Soft Skill:
Develop Project (Training Program) Management Skills
Develop People Engagement Skills
Develop Facilitation Skills

任职要求：
-At least 5 years or above working experience in clinical research area.

-Minimum 4 years solid experience as CRA with monitoring experience in chemical drug, bio drug.

-Minimum 1 years people./project management/trainging experience with good leadership and interpersonal skill is preferred.

-Good written and oral English ability.
