Job Description

Keysight DES/EEsof is a market leader and technology innovator in the EDA (Electronic Design Automation) industry. You will work on a versatile and practical engineering problem space such as state of the art modeling technologies. You will obtain hands-on experience on multiple OS platforms like Windows and Linux. You will work directly with high-powered Agile software development teams that utilize modern software engineering techniques such as Test-driven development.

Qualifications:

1. MS or PhD degree in EE or Physics

2. 5+ years experience in EDA area or semiconductor industry is desired, holding good insights to industry and technology trend.

3. Device modeling and simulation experience is required. Familiarity with standard compact models such as BSIM3 and BSIM4 model. Familiarity with MBP/MQA/IC-CAP and ADS is a plus.

4. 5+ years experience in software development is desired, good coding skills in C/C++, Java and designing experience and testing.

5. Good understanding into device physics, circuit design and simulation is a big plus.

6. Strong verbal and written communication skills, to work with a global R&D team.
