岗位职责：

1、产品、材料出入库；产品发货（配带资料）

2、工具、仪器员工借用记录及催还

3、水设备售后维修安排、签收回单、对账、付款申请

4、日常员工报销系统申请

5、每月专利交费、***补充

6、员工入意外险增、减员、到期续约

7、笼器具、垫料生产许可证每年年检、或有变更需要申请材料提交办理

8、商标注册、新专利申请等

9、产品及原材料询价、采购及系统申请

10、领导安排其它事宜

11、销售的产品联系第三方检测及水样检测（每种产品检测项目不同）

12、办公室事宜：记录考勤、员工出差、考勤汇总、收发快递、安全生产检查资料、开会、办公室卫生、广告制作、标牌制作、电话接听等。

任职要求：

1、熟悉word、excel，offce计算机软件

2、有库管、办公室行政及采购经验，熟悉用友T6、ERP软件的优先考虑

3、具备语言沟通能力、诚实认真、吃苦耐劳。

上下班时间：周一-周五早8-晚17（12-13点午休）
