2、对公司内部各条线业务进行相关合规性识别、检测、反馈、整改、防范

3、为公司各类项目募、投、管、退提供风险管理支持，参与设计项目交易架构和法律尽职调查，为公司管理层进行投资决策提供合规管理意见；

4、协调外部监管机构，落实合规管理各项要求
