Consumer & Retail Team OR Real Estate Team

Job Responsibilities

• Support the origination and execution of Real Estate OR Consumer & Retail related transactions
• Involve in a wide range of investment banking transactions including HK IPO, M&A, financial advisory etc.
• Assist / handle due diligence work and the preparation of marketing materials, research materials and transactional documents and other documentation incidental to the execution of transactions
• Assist in the provision of advice on transactions regarding valuation, structuring, financial, regulatory and business aspects of them
• Communicate with clients, professional parties, regulators and other business as appropriate to support the key negotiations of transactions

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or business related disciplines
• 6 years' of relevant experience will be considered as VP; 3-6 years' experience to be considered as Associate
• Experiences in Consumer & Retail OR Real Estate IPO
• Solid knowledge of Real Estate OR Consumer & Retail market in Hong Kong and Greater China
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, writing, presentation and communications skills
• Native/fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written)
