- Ensuring the portfolio of contracts in the Chemical and Power business, follows contract
- Signature and in the internal standard procedures, reviewing and comments on commercial tender terms and conditions. Develops contract strategy based on ABB’s policies, customer requirements.
- Identifying the contract baseline (including terms and conditions, estimate, proposal, schedule and other documents incorporated in the contract) and highlights areas of potential risk. Ensures timely and accurate execution of commercial aspects in portfolio of contracts (i.e. payments, claims, variation orders, warranties, provisions, guarantees, etc.).
- Defining approval requirements in Risk management. Enforces and defends ABB's contractual interests against customers and suppliers during the whole of a project lifecycle, including monitoring and assessment of changes and deviations and defending and enforcing claims. In concert with Legal, develops the negotiation strategy and supports negotiations. Supports Legal in handling formal dispute resolution, litigation and arbitration. keeps Legal updated of any critical development during project execution.
- Risk review Maintenance the risk review process in accordance with ABB policy and sometimes participates in the risk review assessment, lost proposals Performs lost proposal analysis, collect sales data and analysis the marketing figure and complete the sales reports.
- Analyzing contract terms to highlight areas of potential opportunity and risk, develops and implements risk mitigation and opportunity.
- Providing the provision of contract management services for medium to large-size and/or and
- complex, ensuring all contract management activities are executed in accordance with the Hub/Local Business Unit or Product Group.
- Commercial support to operation team, to ensure commercial risk mitigation during project execution phase and deliver routine training to whole team on commercial knowledge, Ad hoc work as required by team leader.

- 10+ years of commercial experience in the Chemical and Power business, follows contract Signature and in the internal standard procedures.
- Experience of reviews and comments on commercial tender terms and conditions.
- Strong business background of develops contract strategy based on ABB’s policies, customer requirements.
- Strong performance of Identifies the contract baseline (including terms and conditions, estimate, proposal, schedule and other documents incorporated in the contract) and highlights areas of potential risk. Ensures timely and accurate execution of commercial aspects in portfolio of contracts (i.e. payments, claims, variation orders, warranties, provisions, guarantees, etc.).
- Good communication and negotiation skill and willing to maintenance the risk review process in accordance with ABB policy and sometimes participates in the risk review assessment.
- Tenacious for face to difficulty and working under pressure for some defending and enforcing claims. In concert with Legal, develops the negotiation strategy and supports negotiations. Support Legal in handling formal dispute resolution, litigation and arbitration. keeps Legal updated of any critical development during project execution, with strong business acumen and nice personality defines approval requirements in Risk management.
- Require Mandarin Chinese and English Speaking Person.
