- Supporting the local Sales organization in the project pursuit and providing commercial support during the negotiation, ensures timely and accurate execution of commercial aspects of contracts.
- Giving guidance on general contractual issues and performing lost proposal analysis, collect sales data and analysis the marketing figure and complete the sales reports.
- Competitive analysis Analyzes customer needs and competitor offers through general market information provided by the Sales /Marketing organization.
- Performing the initial review of the ITT documents to establish the scope of work, the Tender schedule and the composition of the Proposal team and understand customer drivers and ITT requirements to translate these into actionable and winning opportunity strategies and managing the tendering process and coordinate the collection and integration from all other teams (engineering, sourcing, project management, logistics and others).
- Defining contract management strategy and contract formulation and ensuring the compliant, accurate, timely and effective tendering process.
- Offer preparation Prepares/supports and preparation of commercial offers based on customer requirements and defining cost for the proposed solution and communicates to Sales organization.
- Doing maintenance, the risk review process in accordance with ABB policy and sometimes participates in the risk review assessment and analyzing prime contract terms to highlight areas of potential opportunity and risk and identifying the contract baseline and highlights areas of potential risk.
- Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

- Must have a Bachelor degree and above.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in industry projects (commercial / tender).
- Minimum 2 years in industry oversea projects.
- Good understanding of Contract Law / Terms and Conditions/Risk management /Incoterm.
- Team player with strong communication skills, logical thinking, professionalism and work independently.
- Fluent in English both verbal and written.
- Ability and willingness to travel as required.
- Good command of tools such as SalesForce.com and office pack.
- Demonstrated clear thinking with effective communication at all levels and successful working with customers, Sales and internal execution teams.
