- Responsible for design and/or update of power electronics for drive products, concept, schematics and layout, to meet technical requirements and cost target.
- Responsible for design verification in development phase, including functional, EMC, environmental tests, etc.
- Focus on low power AC drive products, design and industrialization
- Work with cross functional teams internally and externally.

- A bachelor’s degree in power electronics engineering or similar field.
- More than 8 years of experience in power electronics engineer for product design and experience in industry electronic products development of whole lifecycle.
- Comprehensive understanding of power electronics, electrical circuits and electromagnetic theories (EMC).
- Understanding on electronics product DFM (Design for manufacturing).
- Knowledge (and experience) in power electronic circuit design and verification for low power AC drive products and design experience on key functions of drive product, e.g. IGBT module, gate driver, power chokes, capacitors, SMPS, etc.
- Able to perform root cause analysis systematically.
- Skills of using tools such as PADS, Simulink, Pspice, Saber, Mathcad.
- Good communication skills in both Chinese and English.
- Willing to take challenges and to learn, open minded and willing to share knowledge with the team, show initiative, work systematically and goal-oriented.
- Knowledge on international standards and certification, preferably drive product related standards, EMC, LVD, UL are preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of functional safety and related standard are good to have.
- Work or study experience aboard or in an international company will be considered as plus.
