The Communications and Public Affairs function is crucial to our success. They are responsible for creating clear and targeted messaging for employees, customers and stakeholders, while supporting strong brand positioning, facilitating positive media relations, and managing public affairs.

- ？ News clue collection, news article drafting for internal communication.
- ？ Quarterly/yearly communication letter/speech drafting for management team;
- ？ Responding positively to Business and ABB China’s request on news proposal, in a timely manner.
- ？ Develops and recommends internal communications plans and programs
- ？ Success stories collecting, Share local stories with global.
- ？ Maintain contents for >, Share global stories with local employees.
- ？ Develops and manages the internal communications channels such as inside+, Beekeeper, management cascade
- ？ English & Chinese interpretation, translation and validation by cases;
- ？ Event/ceremony bilingual hosting by occasion.
- ？ Supporting relevant marketing administrative works and promotion activities by occasion.

- ？ Communications or English Major (Bachelor Degree at least; TEM 8 Certificate Holder); excellent English spoken and written skills;
- ？ Capable to interpret or translate by occasions
- ？ Excellent writing capability on newsletter, news articles and social media news post;
- ？ Experienced in computer skills (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Photoshop).
- ？ Positive attitude with fine image;
- ？ Those who meet above mentioned qualifications may give priority.
