1. Safety production management. Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed, and make sure that statutory requirements are met including group safety targets.

2. Well plan resources like capacity, material etc. catching up OTD. Oversee daily production processes and draw up and/or adjust schedules to meet customer demand fully.

3. Managing production efficiency and quality

4. Recruiting, training, supervising and motivating team members, reviewing worker performance;

5. Writing routine production reports

6. Controlling the preparation of production records

7. Inventory control and follow up.

8. Being responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment

9. Working closely with Internal Logistic, Manufacture Engineering and Material Planning & Purchasing department.

10. Fix any production problems that may arise.

Basic requirement

1. University degree in electrical engineering or related field of studies.

2. Minimum of 5 years work experience in operations or production management positions in the manufacturing industry.

3. Good communication skills in English, oral and written.

4. Knowledge in SAP or similar ERP system.

5. In-depth knowledge about KANBAN, KAIZEN, 5S, JIT.

6. Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, high attention for details.

7. Very good sense of quality assurance and continuous productivity improvement.

8. Excellent knowledge in managing and performance reviewing of blue collars.

9. Seasoned operations abilities with the competence to support and develop the team members, enabling top workforce performance.

10. Extensive knowledge about manufacturing processes, maintenance, quality control, production planning, inventory management and logistics.
