负责前台的工作。

1.接听来电并转接，接待来访客人并登记

2.安排市内当天件

3.隔天件收发并每月比对清单

4.安排收发DHL国际件。

5.办公室环境及安全维护，饮用水咖啡豆等饮品预定

6.名片预定制作

7.负责文具及其他办公室日常用品需求订购

8.每日提单收发及系统录入

9.按照SOP对HBL进行正本放单

10.其他领导安排的工作内容

知识和技能要求：

1.大学学历;

2.流利的英语书面和口语，大学英语四级或以上。

3.高度责任感，注重细节，以客户服务为导向，组织良好

4.外向，灵巧，团队合作，渴望学习，长期导向,愿意与公司共同成长，能够在压力下工作

5.上海本地人或者长期居住在上海
