岗位职责:

• Monthly closing in SAP for controlling issue
• SAP hourly rate/allocation cycle set up 
• Checking project and release project after projects are created by project managers (daily), ensure data maintain correctly in projects
• Assist financial controller to improve and implement process
• Check project status, actual cost, plan cost, analysis GM variance
• Transfer material from project to project or project to inventory (Third party delivery checking to make sure all third party delivery has been received goods in system).
• MTS PROD-when material changed its character from project to stock, we should price it first and at the end of month, adjust cost difference from cost centre
• Cash forecast checking, for USD projects, need to contact division continuously to get more fresh information so that we can show Safe GM in our report; 
• Divisional receivable aging report, send the report to division to check bad debt, and the pay day, and update the contract information.
• Divisional engineer hours posting report.
• Production order settlement and customer project settlement at month end closing, financial SAP closing at month end.
• Backlog report for division- sales confirm.
• Division cost centre report, expense analysis
• Monthly IFRS report for global and A-China report for internal use
• Internal report- order intake, sale, GM and expense analysis for division operation
• Prepare and control Forecast and budget.
• Provide information for internal or external audit
• Prepare TP docs and other docs required by authority

Other:

• Arrange training monthly concerning project planning, reporting according to requirement from users
• Communicate with divisional controller ,submit controller report
• Other tasks from supervisor not list above in details according to actual need.

 

任职资格:

• Bachelor degree or above ,major in  Accountant or Financial management
• Fluent English in oral and writing
• At least 3 year work experience in finance and controlling area
• Commercial knowledge
• Taxation knowledge
• Office, SAP skill is preferential
