工作职责:

1)Owner of NAND datasheet verification, product validation, characterization, include the test methodology define and test code development

2)Define NAND flash test modes for DFT, DFM.

3)Identify device internal failure mechanism through various method, such as electrical failure analysis, circuit analysis, and physical failure analysis, big data analysis, etc, work with designers and process engineers find the root cause and solution.

4)Be responsible for test failure analysis and investigation of customer device/application issue during both product development and mass manufacturing period.

5)Support NAND application(EMMC/UFS/SSD) development, ensure proper usage of NAND chip in those application

任职资格:

1)Any science and engineering related majors, master degree is preferred.

2)C/C++/ATL/APG and other coding capabilities.

3)Experienced on memory ATE test program development is highly preferred.

4)Any NAND/NOR or Managed NAND experience is highly preferred.

5)Understand NAND flash product feature, performance, reliability indicators

6)Understand NAND flash operation algorithms

7)Capable of NAND flash process and design defect identification through electrical testing

8)Capable of statistical data analysis and data mining, such as JMP, tableau

9)Fluent English communication is a plus.
