Job Responsibility：

• Act as key point of contact with retail team, planning, directing and delivering customized HR service in support of retail business
• Proactively identify, define and implement solutions to improve critical business outcomes(KPI)
• Ensure excellent alignment and execution of established human resources policies, procedures etc
• Monitor and control headcount budget, labor cost and ratios to ensure to meet best business needs
• Monitor and partner retail employees career development plan progress, assist Retail Manager to deliver performance review (evaluation) to ensure the right way of using evaluation tool in the area and positively promote the effect, (retention, development and motivation)
• contribute valuable solutions on talent acquisition
• Work closely with retail team ensure efficient and on-time new store opening plan
• Identify and address HR employee relationship issues through regular store visits
• Work closely with recruitment team to fulfill store vacancies in a short period, meet the needs of store personnel, monitor the store job interview process, ensure the quality, provide improvement suggestions and supervise the implementation
• Implement and communicate policies and practices to ensure fair and consistent treatment of employees, make sure all HR policies are up-to date and in compliance
• Prepare Ops HR reports including but not limited to: headcount reports, work-hour reports, training report, hiring and turnover reports etc. as per request for the company and labor authorities
• Drive HR initiatives such as employee survey, employee engagement events etc.
• Responsible for store staff administrative management including employment contract, new staff onboard & exit
• Other tasks or projects assigned by line manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 5 years of HR working experience in retail industry
• Fluent in both written and spoken English
• Solid knowledge about labor law and practices in retail environment
• Detail oriented, patient and good interpersonal skills
• Able to work with structure and plans
• Good communication & coordination skills
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Team player and flexible
• Can work under pressure
• Effective use of Word , Excel and Powerpoint
